General provisions

  1. Samdex Ltd., registered in CEIDG with NIP (Tax Identification Number): 8171964542 is the Data Controller.
  2. Data protection is carried out in accordance with generally applicable legal provisions and all the data is stored on secure servers.
  3. For the purposes of interpretation, terms are used as described in the Privacy Policy.
  4. For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by the term “You”, “Controller” by the term – “We”.
  5. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 27th of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  6. Personal data provided in enquiry forms, order forms, contact forms, contact fields on the website are treated as confidential and remain invisible to unauthorised persons.

Data Controller and Data Processing
